Open source software (OSS) refers
to software that is developed, tested, or improved through public
collaboration and distributed with the idea that they must be shared with
others, ensuring an open future collaboration. Generally, the software’s source
code and other rights are provided under the Open Source Definition or it is
located under a public domain.

Meaning of Hardware

In the field
of computer science, hardware refers to the mechanical, magnetic,
electronic, and electrical components
that makeup a computer system. They are corporeal and tangible.

In the field of software
engineering, software refers the intangible and intellectual written
programs or procedures or rules and associated documentation pertaining to the
operation of a computer system and that are stored in read or write memory.
2.0) THE LATEST OPEN SOURCE OPERATING SYSTEM (OS)
2.1) Meaning of Open Source

Open source refers to a program in
which the source code is available to the general public for use and/or
modification from its original design. Open source code is typically created as
a collaborative effort in which programmers improve upon the code and share the
changes within the community.
2.2) Meaning
of operating system
v An operating
system is a set of programs containing instructions that coordinate all the
activities among computer hardware resources. Most operating system perform
similar function that includes starting a computer, provide a user interface,
managing program, managing memory and configuring devices.

OS X El Capitan
OS X El
Capitan (el-kap-i-tan) (version 10.11) is the upcoming twelfth major release of OS X, Apple's desktop and server operating system for Macintosh computers.
It is the successor to OS X Yosemite and
focuses mainly on performance, stability and security.[1] Following
the California landmark-based
naming scheme introduced with OS X Mavericks, El Capitan was named after a rock formation in Yosemite National Park.
The first beta of OS X El Capitan was released to
developers shortly following the 2015 WWDC keynote on June 8, 2015.[2] The first
public beta was made available on July 9, 2015.[3] OS X El
Capitan was announced to be available to end users in late 2015 as a free
upgrade through the Mac App Store.

membolehkan pengguna membaca dan berinteraksi denga teks, imej-imej, dan
maklumat lain yang terdapat di dalam laman
web semasa melayari internet
- Perisian ini boleh diperolehi
secara terus dari laman web penciptanya iaitu dengan memindah turun atau
meminta untuk menghantar dalam bentuk cd
terus ke rumah anda. Ia adalah percuma dan boleh digunakan tanpa sebarang
sekatan dan syarat.

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES)
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) is a Linux-based operating system developed by SUSE. It is designed for servers, mainframes, and workstations but
can be installed on desktop computers for
testing as well. Major versions are released at an interval of 3–4 years, while
minor versions (called "Service Packs") are released about every 18
months. SUSE Linux Enterprise products, including SUSE Linux Enterprise Server,
receive more intense testing than the openSUSE community
product, with the intention that only mature, stable versions of the included
components will make it through to the released enterprise product.
SLES 11 SP3 was released July 16th,
2015,[2] which
is developed from a common code base with SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop and other SUSE Linux Enterprise
products.

5.1) Meaning
of Pervasive Computing
v Pervasive
Computing or commonly known as Ubiquitous Computing refers to computers
contained in commonplace objects such as cars and appliances and implies that
people are unaware of their presence. All these devices are integrated into
everyday life, either wired or wireless and communicate with each other
over wireless networks without any interaction required by the user.

Smart House
A smart
house is a house that has highly advanced automatic systems for lighting,
temperature control, multi-media, security, window and door operations, and
many other functions. A smart home appears "intelligent" because its
computer systems can monitor so many aspects of daily living.

Technology
has expanded and became more miniature as they progress. One of the latest
gadget would be a phone watch basically a phone embedded into watch like
structure that is capable more than to read time.

Open Source
Software had become a great medium for users to explore the concept of software
engineering and programming and provide a great deal of information on freedom
to modify in mass media.
